With a deep passion for early childhood development and over 20 years of experience in the field, Ivonna Richardson is a dedicated advocate for the well-being and growth of young minds. She believes that every child deserves a safe and loving space to learn and explore.

Mrs. Richardson holds a master’s degree in Procurement and Acquisitions Management from Webster University. She has a host of childcare college credits and hold a Level 12 North Carolina Early Educator Certification. She have worked in various childcare settings, gaining invaluable experience in curriculum development, child psychology, and positive behavior management.
